How much does AdPerk cost?
AdPerk offers cost absolutely nothing to the user. Our reward offerings are currently paid for by AdPerk advertisers.

What does AdPerk do with my personal information?
We’re committed to making your experience as enjoyable as possible, both on our site and after. We share your mailing address with publishers so they can send your issues or subscriptions, but we do not distribute, share or sell your personal information to any other outside parties without your consent. How long will it take for my first issue to arrive?
It typically takes 10-12 weeks for orders to be fulfilled. Please note this fulfillment timeframe is controlled by the fulfillment houses (not AdPerk or its publishing partners) and is common across the magazine industry. We wish we could fulfill subscriptions faster but, unfortunately, it’s outside of our influence.

If I have an existing subscription to a magazine offered by AdPerk, can I earn a renewal to that subscription?
At this time all AdPerk offers are only for new subscriptions – not renewals.

How much video will I have to watch to complete an offer?
It depends on the offer, but on average it takes somewhere between 10-30 minutes of video to complete an offer. You’ll be given a time estimate before you begin each offer, but remember you still control what to watch and when to watch it - even if it's over a period of days, weeks or longer.

Can I transfer credits earned for one offer to an offer for another magazine or can I transfer credits I've earned to somebody else?
No, at this time credits are non-transferable.

Can I have more than one AdPerk account?
For fulfillment purposes you may only register for one account through AdPerk. If you participate in more than one account AdPerk will track your usage and ask you to delete one of the accounts. We reserve the right to automatically suspend or delete one or more of the accounts.

Do AdPerk credits expire?
You will be notified in the event that AdPerk or an AdPerk partner intends to terminate a particular reward offering.

Can I watch the same video more than once?
Not yet, but this capability is coming soon.
